I found the first part steep - stony - slippery, rocks and roots. Good hiking shoes are a necessity.The rest lovely …but also I have a knee injury so I take that into consideration. Still - such a lovely forrest trail - the various waterfalls make it magical. Take a dog and double the joy!
It took us about an hour to walk up and another down. The scenery changed every now and then so it was not boring and very beautiful.
Beautiful hike, but we called it quits at Sörg. There were quite a few height differences that were challenging, but nevertheless, it's a beautiful path. It's recommended to have good shoes and you have experience with climbing.
The way back is quite a trip. We followed the road through Sörg towards the beginning of the hike. This took us roughly 45-60 min and was also exhausting after the hike.
It is a stunning place for a walk! The path is beautiful and the waterfall looks really nice. The water is also refreshing!!
Great way yo walk with kids
This may be one of the greatest thing to do with kids in the Summer. A real adventure - and there's great food along the way, too. Adults should be able to do the round trip in a day, with a generous lunch break. For kids, take into account that there is some real hiking involved, and they may not be able to do the whole distance.
Wonderful hiking oath for the whole family. One can spend an entire day here with kids so bring bathing suits and food.
